APO / FPO & other military destinations will be shipped only via US Postal Service.
For international order, we currently only ship to Canada and Mexico.
All international orders will be shipped via USPS International Mail service.
Warranty and Exchange Policy
This product carries a 90-day limited warranty for replacement.
Before sending back the merchandise, please contact us with eBay Messages for formal RMA procedure.
Any returned merchandise, unless instructed otherwise, must be in its original package & processed via shipping service with tracking number.
Should a product prove to be defective during the warranty period, we will repair / replace with an identical or similar product.
Replacement Product may include new, remanufactured, or refurbished products and parts.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of returning items; original shipping fee is non-refundable.
We will provide one-way shipping service when returning the product to the customer.
For any case of DOA (Dead On Arrival), please contact us within 5 business days starting at the time of arrival for possible refund or replacement.
Non-defective return is acceptable within 5 business days starting at the time of arrival, a restocking fee of 20% will be imposed. Shipping cost is not refundable.
