A: Dear, the customs tax is depend on your country customs, however, if you have any good idea to cut down the customs tax, pls just let us know after you make payment, most of economy shipping no need pay any tax.
If the item is unworking or broken in the way, how do i to solve ?
A: We will test most of item before to ship the item and we also will make a good package the item, make this issue less happen. If you you received a problem item or broken item, pls email us to got the return number and return address, and make sure we can check out the return package, once we got package we will resend a new item or refund to solve.
Could you combine shipping ?
