    Description

    Very interesting, unusual RPPC, possibly the beer/food booth at an event? Group of men in a wired off area lined with white rocks and american flags.  One man appears to be a cook with frying pan and knife, there is also a beer keg, flyers/signs on trees (one reads FAIR), one reads Otsego Lake (NY).  What appear to be small dolls hang from wire.  3 1/2" x 5 1/2"  Please see photos for detail.  Thank you!
